UBPL 710

This course will introduce students to the economic theories decsribing how housing markets operate.  Using these theories, students will learn how to identify housing market sucesses and failures.  Students will also learn how the public sector intervenes to correct market failures.  In the course, each student will prepare a housing market analysis and policy recommendation for a city of the student's choice.
